Why this document exists
This SOP explains how sellers can create and upload a new product listing on JodiaBaazar Seller Central — from preparing the product image to submitting the product information.
Follow the steps in order. Every listing must be reviewed by the seller before it is submitted — you are responsible for the accuracy of the final listing.
Open Seller Central
Get logged in to your seller account
- Open your computer or laptop.
- Open the JodiaBaazar Seller Central website.
- Log in using your seller account.
Remote assistance — if JodiaBaazar support is assisting you remotely, install AnyDesk when requested and provide the remote-access details to the JodiaBaazar team.
Open Add Product
Navigate to the product creation screen
After logging in:
- Click Inventory from the left-hand menu.
- Click Add Product in the top-right corner.
You are now ready to create your product listing.

Use only information that can be confirmed from the product, packaging or information provided.
Review the AI-Generated Information
Never publish AI output without checking it
Do not copy the AI output directly without checking it.
The seller must verify
Important — AI must not be used to guess or invent specifications. If a specification is not known, leave it blank or confirm it before adding it to the listing.

Fill in the Add New Product form
Return to JodiaBaazar Seller Central → Inventory → Add Product and enter the information into the appropriate fields.

Your brand name is locked to your seller account.
Product will be shown in your default shop collection.

Use a clear, searchable product title. Recommended structure:

Keep titles factual and easy for customers to understand.

Copy the reviewed AI-generated description into the Product Description field. The description should clearly explain:

Relevant search terms only
Add relevant search tags based on the actual product. For example, a hand-grip product could have tags such as:
Tags should describe the actual product. Do not add unrelated popular keywords simply to increase search visibility.
Upload the Product Image
Attach the prepared 1000 × 1000 px image

JPG and PNG are automatically supported. For other formats, use the All Files dropdown.

General Information
Once everything has been checked
- Review the complete listing one final time.
- Click Submit / Create Product.
- Wait for the product to be processed by JodiaBaazar Seller Central.
Do not create a duplicate listing if the product is already present.

Do not use AI to change the product's appearance in a way that could mislead customers.

Use relevant tags and search terms only.

Once submitted, incorrect information can result in customer complaints, returns, or listing corrections.
